B.A., American Political Studies from Drury University
I study American Politics with a focus on state legislatures. My work explores the long-term effects of legislative term limits. In short, my work explores how sticky legislatures are by looking at how they have adapted to one of the greatest changes---term limits. My dissertation evaluates these changes by looking at legislative careers, organizational structures, and relations with the executive branch.
