IPP Releases Annual Report (2023)

On January 30, 2024, IPP Director Sara Gable released the IPP Annual Report for 2023.  We extend our sincere appreciation to our funders, collaborators, student research assistants, UM, MU, and College of Arts and Science administrative and research staff, MU Extension, and the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs. Without their support, none of this would be possible.

IPP Presents Research on Paid Leave at Missouri Foundation for Health Convening

On September 21, 2022, Missouri Foundation for Health, in partnership with Jobs with Justice, hosted a gathering of national and state advocates of paid family leave and paid sick leave to discuss IPP’s research about the availability of such programs in Missouri and opportunities to advance those policies.

IPP's Associate Director of Operations, Emily Johnson, appeared as a panelist at the Governor's Conference on Economic Development to speak about occupational licensing reform in Missouri. IPP has contributed new research to update 2016 data on occupational licensing and women in Missouri. Additionally, the new report, Occupational Licensing and Women in Missouri Report Update, examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Missouri's women. Both reports were commissioned by United WE, formerly the Women's Foundation.
